This is steady vinyasa class with the music from the Music For Yoga CD… It contains a lot of core power postures, and is ideal for practicing on weekends to get you grounded and connected. Enjoy! |

A warming vinyasa flow class that emphasises continual movement to generate heat, detoxification and regulation of breath. Please review the poses garudasana, pada angushtasasana and galavasana that are taken as part of the flow. We also practice full handstand and headstand in this class. As we move into fall/autumn, it is an opportunity to look inwards, honour our families and be present. Enjoy, Claire Missingham |
